These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between lak22 ("lak22", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the player", "the user") who accesses, registers on, or uses any product or service offered through the lak22 platform, accessible at lak22.net and its associated mobile interfaces.

By completing the lak22 registration process, logging into an existing lak22 account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotional offer, or otherwise using any element of the lak22 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by them.

To be eligible to hold a lak22 account and use lak22 services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. lak22 enforces a strict 21+ policy. Providing false age information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Single Account: You must not already hold an active or previously suspended lak22 account. Only one account per person, household, device, or IP address is permitted.
• Own Funds: You must be playing with funds that belong to you personally. Using funds belonging to third parties, including borrowed funds or funds obtained through fraudulent means, is strictly prohibited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either placed by yourself through the lak22 responsible gaming tools or imposed by lak22 as part of a prior account action.
• Not a lak22 Employee: lak22 employees, contractors, agents, and their immediate family members residing in the same household are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any lak22 promotional offer.

lak22 reserves the right to request documentary evidence — including government-issued CNIC, passport, or other identity documents issued in Pakistan or elsewhere — to verify eligibility at any point in the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending review.

When registering a lak22 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, a valid date of birth, a working mobile number registered in your name, and a valid email address that you actively monitor.

You agree to keep your registration information current and to update it promptly if any details change. lak22 is not responsible for failed communications, delayed withdrawals, or account access issues arising from outdated contact information held on your account.

• Accurate Information: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate account closure without notice and may result in forfeiture of account balances.
• KYC Verification: lak22 will conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks prior to processing your first withdrawal. You may be required to submit copies of identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Duplicate Accounts: If lak22 detects that a player has registered more than one account — whether simultaneously or sequentially — lak22 may close all accounts associated with that individual, void any associated bonuses, and withhold balances pending investigation.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your lak22 account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, gifted, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your lak22 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) delivered via SMS to your registered mobile number.

• You must not share your lak22 login credentials with any other person, including family members.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your lak22 account on your behalf.

• You should enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP where offered by lak22 to add an additional layer of account protection.

lak22 will not be liable for any losses — including loss of funds or bonuses — that result from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain appropriate security of your credentials. All transactions completed through your lak22 account while your credentials were active and uncompromised will be treated as having been made by you personally.

All financial transactions on the lak22 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). lak22 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following approved payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. lak22 may add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice to players.

• Deposit Ownership: Deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made from accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other person — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

• Withdrawal Processing Times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 hours of request approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan accounts are processed within one business day, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw unconverted bonus balances will result in the forfeiture of the bonus portion.
• No Cash Refunds: lak22 does not issue cash refunds. Funds held in your lak22 account represent a balance for use on the platform in accordance with these Terms. If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, balances may be withheld pending investigation.

lak22 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail for that promotion only.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any withdrawal can be made. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated on the promotion page.
• One Bonus Per Offer: Each promotional offer is limited to one claim per player, household, IP address, and payment method, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

• Bet Acceptance: lak22 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on markets that have been published in error or with incorrect odds.
• Errors & Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game disruption, lak22 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. Winnings generated as a result of a demonstrable system error will not be paid out.
• Void Bets: Certain events may be voided by lak22 in accordance with event-specific rules — for example, a cricket match abandoned without sufficient play, or a casino game interrupted by a confirmed technical fault.
• Maximum Winnings: lak22 may apply a maximum payout per bet, per day, or per event. Maximum payout limits are detailed within the relevant product rules and may be updated by lak22 with reasonable notice.
• RNG Certification: All random number generation used in lak22 slot and RNG-based casino products is provided by certified third-party software providers subject to independent testing and certification by recognised gaming laboratories.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lak22 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to the appropriate authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the lak22 platform in a manner not explicitly authorised by lak22.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the lak22 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any lak22 content without prior written permission.
• Use any lak22 trademark, logo, or brand element in any context outside the lak22 platform without explicit written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any lak22 software, game engine, or platform component.
• Frame or mirror any part of the lak22 platform on any other website or digital property.

Unauthorised use of lak22 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability. lak22 will pursue infringement claims aggressively to protect the integrity of its brand and platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lak22 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the lak22 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, however caused and on whatever theory of liability.

• Platform Availability: lak22 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond lak22's control may cause temporary unavailability. lak22 will not be liable for losses arising from periods of unavailability.
